We are a congress and event management agency based in Wiesbaden, the capital of Hesse, and another office in Selm, North Rhine-Westphalia. As a full-service provider, we support you in your projects and ensure scientific transfer, encounters and networking.

Organization of scientific congresses

We are an experienced Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) and thus a key player in the development and communication of scientific content.

Our primary focus is on the medical sector; though we engage in other fields to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Creating the perfect setting

With years of experience, we understand how essential it is to create the ideal environment for personal communication and encounters, in addition to delivering knowledge. This goes beyond just the atmosphere – it also includes thoughtful scheduling. For example, we itentionally use breaks to allow time for for spontaneous conversations, topics, and encounters. We view things through our customers’ eyes.

In today’s world, the way knowledge is shared has evolved significantly – and so has the congress landscape. In the past, experts often faced audiences with limited knowledge, and monologues were the order of the day.
