We are a congress and event management agency based in Wiesbaden, the capital of the German state of Hesse, with a second office in Werne, North Rhine-Westphalia. As a full-service provider, we support your projects, ensuring scientific exchange, encounters and networking.

Organization of scientific congresses

We are an experienced Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) and thus a key player in the development and communication of scientific content.

Our primary focus is on the medical sector; though we engage in other fields to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Creating the perfect setting

With years of experience, we understand how essential it is to create the ideal environment for personal communication and encounters, in addition to delivering knowledge. This goes beyond just the atmosphere – it also includes thoughtful scheduling. For example, we itentionally use breaks to allow time for for spontaneous conversations, topics, and encounters. We view things through our customers’ eyes.

In today’s world, the way knowledge is shared has evolved significantly – and so has the congress landscape.
